AmmarM is commissioned by Arts Council England to administer the £2m Partnership Investment Fund through Culture Bridge North East and Local Cultural Educational Partnerships enabling more and better access to culture and arts education.

AmmarM Developed and delivered a strategic leadership and management review and training programme for McDonalds across four Franchises. This resulted in cost savings of £210k, 8% increase in revenue (3% net profit), improved absenteeism, and enhanced morale. Franchisee has now been graded as good to grow and will take on additional Franchises.

AmmarM acquired a City Centre derelict Grade 2* listed building, project-managed, designed and developed into the Cosmetic Dental Clinic. An award-winning dental practice recognised world-wide within the sector in providing the best cosmetic dentistry including an innovative approach to reconstructive dental surgery.

AmmarM successfully delivered various housing and development projects from £100k through to £20m+, included project management, acquisition, provision of finance/investment and sale both off-plan to full-market including brokering. Effectively managing virtual and hardwired teams, contractors and 3rd party suppliers.

Numerous Leadership, Digital Transformation and Business Model Innovation commissions, AmmarM working with organisations including the NHS and Academic Health Science Network North East and North Cumbria to help develop and deliver strategic plans, provide advice and guidance and ultimately helping support growth, implementing service improvements, realise operational savings and efficiencies.

Acted as a director (both executive and non) across a number of organisations and sectors, using experience in managing risk, issues, change management, milestones and quality reviews / gates including audit control and risk management. Setting and communicating clear, realistic, and achievable objectives, which were measurable and delivered in a timely manner effecting transformational change helping organisational evolution.

Invested in a range of businesses, providing both physical and financial resources, effective coaching and mentoring helping each of them realise and raise their ambitions and aspirations, resulting in sustained growth through adequate and appropriate intervention demonstrating value.

As chairman and founder of Asian Business Connexions, a not-for-profit social enterprise, he has helped make a major social and economic contribution to community cohesion and economic growth. Ammar is considered the most influential Asian across the North of England.

Founder of charity Primary Inspiration through Enterprise (PIE Project), delivering enterprise and STEM challenges in Partnership with schools and businesses underpinned by formal vocational enterprise qualifications.
